The staff are outstanding. Always greet you everytime they see you. And assist you instantly if you need something. Typical Vietnam hospitality, they are the best.

Good location with walking distance to the night market and Xuan Huong Lake. The receptionist and staff are friendly and helpful.

The customer service is great from start to the end. My mom has a high blood pressure, which needs some extra requirements and the employees are so nice from receptionist to the bellman. The room has a good view. The location is closed to the market. We feel good for their supporting.
