The location was great right in the mix of things. The staff were nice and helpful all be it limited English.

Good location with walking distance to the night market and Xuan Huong Lake. The receptionist and staff are friendly and helpful.

The customer service is great from start to the end. My mom has a high blood pressure, which needs some extra requirements and the employees are so nice from receptionist to the bellman. The room has a good view. The location is closed to the market. We feel good for their supporting.
